I have version 19 and bought a new computer and need help moving files
Like I said above, I am currently using version 19. I bought a new computer and need help moving MYOB to my new computer. I have created an account but can not log in. The AI chat box just keeps closing and will not help. How do I contact customer service? Im sure I will have to upgrade my version.

You shouldn't need to upgrade your version so it seems you may have missed some steps.
Firstly, if you have been using MYOB v19 on an older system, it is likely that the version of MS Office you had installed, was a 32 Bit version and Windows 11 tends to have 64 Bit Office installed so links from MYOB to Office won't generally work with this version. There are workarounds if you are unable to install a 32 Bit version, so it won't stop you from using MYOB on your new system.
To install v19, go to the MYOB Software Downloads here:

and under the Product button, look for your exact version to download and then install. Once, this is installed, you should be able to copy over your file or restore a backup onto your new system. You won't need to register as your file is already registered so ignore this if asked.
