Hi Celia
Thanks. I have just downloaded Account Right 2020.20 from an email sent to me in 2020. But I am unable to confirm my company file as it first asks for updating to the latest version of Account Right and then it asks for a new serial number or subscription once I downloaded the latest version. Please help me confirm the company file from old v16 so I can use the Account Right. The phone support is not working please.

I logged into my account first. Then downloaded Account Right. It asked me to confirm my file.
The error message is Account Right Subscription Required.
So I am back to the same issue again, no progress please.
