Invalid Fingerprint (100014)

I have downloaded MYOB Accountright onto my new computer and uploaded my company file, an error message of Invalid Fingerprint (100014) keeps coming up and I'm unable to log in.  Would anyone know h...

I see that you're encountering an "Invalid Fingerprint (100014)" error after installing MYOB Accountright on your new computer. This usually means there's a hiccup with your computer's security settings.
