Invalid fingerprint

I use Accountright Basic. It updates automatically, after its last update a couple of days ago, I cannot open my file and it shows and error message. Invalid fingerprint (100014). I have done nothing different than usual .

    Hi dm59,

     

    That "Invalid fingerprint" error usually happens because the database has some duplicate schema information. 

     

    If your company file is offline, you'll need to run the AccountRight hotfix tool to fix it. You can follow the instructions here: Invalid Fingerprint Error | MYOB Community.

     

    If your file is online, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount and our support team will need to run a script to resolve the problem.
