lost 2FA from phone, how to reset

I am the admin and I can't seem to help my team member to reset 2FA as she can't login to MYOB to change.

 

How do I go about helping?

    Hi Jcohen,

     

    You can reset the 2FA and set it up on a new phone by logging into My Account. Here's a link for more detailed steps to assist with your concern.
