Thank you for the screenshot. I suggest, try to uninstall and reinstall the application and let me know how it goes. You can download the latest version of that software here Downloads - MYOB Support.

I don't really see how that will helps as the issue is the compatability with MYOB18 with Windows 11. I need to be able to upgrade my MYOB 18 to a version that is compatible with Windows 11 but still be able to access my data files
