Hi Guys,   We've been experiencing this for several months now.   We tried all the workarounds within the server. Browser exceptions, security passing through MYOB. Internet Options setting...

Welcome to the Community Forum. Have you checked the business name and ABN is entered correctly and matches what is registered with the ABR? 

 

If it is all entered correctly, could you send me your Serial number, Business name and ABN by Private Message, so I can investigate further?
