accruals help

 

 

Hi I created, a zero payrun for 2 employees, as I only wanted to adjust the Leave and sick leave accruals, but, an error came up, when it said, do I want to print Chqs, I said no. then the ATO page error, came up, some thing wrong. In the cards, I cannot see the two entries with the correct leave amounts. Its still as 0.00. Did the pay run occur ?. where is it ? Or do I need to do it again.

 

I have been waiting on the chat for 45 min, for help.  MYOB is terrible

    Good Luck getting thru' to MYOB support.  You will be on hold for 3 hours+.  No good news to give you.

    thanks MJ for the fast response. luv it.   any chance you may look at my questions please.   below....

     

     

    In screen shot below.   the entitlement bal summary report.

    Why does is say -683.99  for TIM  on personal leave taken.  Is that because I placed terminated a date,  31/5/26  on card then I removed it.

    The card show  PL  as 510.157  hours, and AL  as 1257.398 hours, but the Entitlement balance reports show as PL neg-173.83  and AL  as  847.03.

     

    Why all these differences , and which is correct.   How do I look up, where system has taken off  683.99 hr of person  leave on report below., as that cannot be right.

    Recommend checking find transaction tab for payroll and see if the payroll entries have been processed.
    if ok review each employee card for entitlements

    If you wish to turn off printing payslip
    Go to payroll cards,
    select personal details and change payslip delivery
