activation issue with serial number

Hello there ,  i am using the account right platform,sign up and want to try 30 days free, after i open a company file ,it requires me to use serial number.

After i put in to activate, it said unable to activate this company file . i need to phone myob service for assistance .

there are a number of reasons why this company file could not be activated.

However , this is the first time i use this serial number 

plz provide me a solution

      We have an issue with the activation of the company file. We would like to activate the company file -serial number that we bought but could not due to another file being accidently activating it which is NZ but us AUS.
