Invalid Serial Number

Hi 

I get the following error when creating a file.

    Hi Zohayr,

    Thank you for the detailed post and screenshots. The error indicates that you're unable to create a new file because the Serial Number ending in 5609 is eligible for only one file. If you wish to create a new file, I suggest reaching out to our sales team first. They can arrange a quote for an additional Company Data file for you.
