Administrator Access

Hi, I have a client whom are using MYOB Accountright. Due to changing committee members, the original person whom set it up is no longer available. They can open it based on a prior members email, etc, however do not have admin rights to invite users, bank feeds, etc. How can we resolve this? They have tried to contact you, however because they have no admin, they cannot get a resolve?

    Hi TanyaBennett,

     

    This is a pretty common setup issue when the original admin is no longer available. Once the Change of Details form is done and the new person is added to the contact list, they can then be set up as File Administrator so everything is back under the right hands and they can manage users, bank feeds, and other key access properly.

    They have been told to go through MYOB account when contacting you > however because they dont have admin rights, they cant access anything. The change of details form, there are no directors, etc, just current committee members.
