Backup failure on new update

Hi. We updated to the latest Premier 2026.2.1.5. The backups don't work. Says Ërrors were found during the backup process. please try again" It says this for all 3 of our online companies. The files ...

Hi Seabird99,

That’s really inconvenient timing. I totally get how frustrating that is with the backup error popping up. This one’s a bit tricky for us to fix from here, so the best move is to jump onto our live chat support so they can walk you through it in real time.
