We apologize for any difficulties you are having due to the notification that you are not receiving BPAY payments from your customer. We thank you for your patience and effort in explaining the issue.
In general, payments made online either via BPAY or online credit cards can take up to 3 business days to process. If the customer pays on a Thursday/Friday or around a public holiday this may take a little longer. However, it depends on the bank, which is why we highly advise you to contact your bank to verify.
Also, regarding your concern with the BPAY payments, I have sent you a private message here in the Community Forum for the information and instructions that will assist you further. To access this, please click on your forum display picture in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then choose the envelope icon that appears.
