Hi belindahowie,
Apologies for the late response. We're aware of this issue when budgets entered in AccountRight don’t automatically sync to MYOB Business. As a temporary workaround, please view and manage the budget in the same place it was created: if it was entered in the desktop app, access it via the desktop program; if it was entered in the browser, view it in the browser.
