I had a proper look at what you described with the Business Insights window dropping out after a few seconds. I’ve tried to replicate exactly what you walked through and everything loaded fine on my end, and there aren’t any reported issues with those panels. It’s worth giving your AccountRight cache a clear to see if that steadies things, and if the red X keeps popping up after that, it's best to reach out to our team.
