We are sorry that you encountered difficulties when giving access to the new owner with restrictions on other information. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. 
 
Regarding your inquiry, since you will be transferring ownership, you will need the Change of Details form which I have sent you via private message with instructions. To access this, please click on your forum display picture in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then choose the envelope icon that appears.

Also, to give access to the new owner with restrictions to other information, you may create a backup of the company file and delete the file or the information that you did not want the new owner to access. Our Article Back up your company file has instructions on how to do this within AccountRight.
