Can't access desktop version of MYOB accounright since last week

Hello

I seem to have lost desktop version of accountright. It is showing the error below:

 

Unable to open company file.

this company file is not registered to teh Accountright Live account that you are currently logged in to.

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the community forum. I hope you find it a great source of information.

     

    This error message you're receiving means that the my.MYOB account you are logged in with isn't registered as having access to the company file you're trying to access. You can view which files your my.MYOB account email address is entitled to by going to Open a Company File >> Online Library and entering your MYOB email address and password. This will bring up a list of all online files that a particular email address has access to. If other users of the account have access to a file that you don't and you require access, then you should speak to your admin or the owner of the account. Please see this Help article, Error: "Unable to open company file", for further information about the error message.

     

    In your case, I've checked your account using the email address you've registered here in the Community forum, and I can confirm that you're the owner of the account. I've reset your access. So, you should be able to access the files. However, if you've got another account, then that is something we need to further investigate.

      Hi Princess R.

       

      I cant access any of my 5 MYOB AR files.  The email address that authentication codes are going to is not the correct email address, and they're not getting through at all anyway.  I set up 2PA using SMS and that doesnt work.  I am at my wits' end.  Can you help me too please?

      Hello there,

       

      I wonder if you could reset my access also, please?

       

      I tried moving over to Business Pro but am not getting on with that platform and want to move back to AccountRight Live - it's much more user-friendly.

       

      I was able to "Confirm" two of my datafiles and resintate them under AccountRight Live.

       

      But, for some reason, the third datafile is not showing up in Select a company file/Online and when I try to open it from Recently Opened an error message comes up to say it's not linked to my current log in. 

       

      It is!  I created it!  And do not have another log in for MYOB..... I have had the same log in for 19 years!
