Can't open company file

How do I get some help to open a MYOB file?  I sent a message a couple of days ago and got no response, or at least none I can find.  I have several company files and it's only one that won't open.  ...

Thank you for the post, and for your patience. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue opening your company file. Please try to clear the cache of your MYOB by following the instructions in this link, Clearing the AccountRight Cache - MYOB Community. Please let me know how it goes.
