To address this issue, log in to my.MYOB using the administrator's or owner's email address associated with the account. Navigate to My Account >> My Details >> Click here to update your email address. This action will update the email address used for sending those emails. Feel free to check out these help article for additional information: MYOB subscription, invoices and payment details.

Hi Earl,
Your advice will allow me to change my login email, which I do not want to do.
What I am interested in is getting MYOB to send the monthly subscription invoice to my account manager (who can log in to MYOB with a different email) to archive.
Can this be done?

Hi heyhey,
You're spot on! With the My Account feature, you can easily update your login contact details and all those handy things. However, updating the email address where subscription invoices land (the billing contact email) isn’t doable there.
For that kind of change, the primary contact on the account needs to give our team a quick call to request and authorise it. Connect with them here, and they’ll get it sorted for you.
