Change of primary contact
I have been trying for over a week to get someone to respond to my email regarding change of primary contact for my business. I successfully changed the Account right access and contact details but I can not get any action for changing the MYOB business payroll only access and primary contact details changed. I’ve sent 4 emails, and a complaint and still no response. I need to access payroll for obvious reasons. The former contact/ administrator is no longer available to assist. Is there any other option other than mailto:customer_service@myob.com
I’ve tried phoning but they won’t talk to me because I’m not the primary contact but I can’t change that because no one will get back to me after I’ve sent the paperwork in 3 times to change this. Please help. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to change some simple details.
