Change owner

Serial number: *078

Business name: *Service Inc.
My full name: Lo* *es
My email address: *net.au

 

List of names to add as owner:   

  • *ana *roll

List of names to remove as owner:   

  • Lo* *es (please change to Administrator)

    If you need to change the role of an admin to owner and vice versa , you may proceed in using our virtual assistant MOCA as we cannot change the roles of a user through this support channel.

      I'm having problems with this as well.  I've tried using MOCA and it doesn't work either.


      Phone support is horrendous, on hold for 30 mins to be cut off. 
      Is there someone actually from MYOB Australia who can actually do something to help all the users who are having trouble?  The MYOB Community shouldn't be asked to solve all our problems MYOB should make sure there are sufficient people available to help us.
