I also am extremely frustrated with having to constantly call and be placed on hold for over 2 hours, and then when the call is answered, the consultant can never answer any questions relating to my open cases. There is also an ongoing issue with not enough supervisors. Why even have staff answering calls if they are unable to provide any answers? At this stage, I will be taking my complaint further to ACCC as I believe we all should. Maybe then something will be done about their lack of service.
