Ditch New Signin!!!!

I WORK with multiple files open with different signins. New signin causes me to have to re-signin to files constantly - it is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HATE IT

HAVE MYOB NOT HEARD OF - IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT - SERIOUSLY!!!!

    I like that it uses the browser to auto fill the user and password this is an improvement but this morning it started doing a captcha code before then asking for an email code.  grrrrrr

     

    I can see how it would be a pain using multiple logins though PBS

  • I agree, why on earth would they change it? It's rubbish

    Instead of making changes that are no help perhaps they could put extra people on to answer phones. I spent 4 hours on the phone recently, only to have them tell me they could not assist...ffs

    Feel your paid Carolina.  I suspect it's a security thing, but that doesn't make it a smooth process.

    Maybe it could connect to a webpage to put in a secure "saved" login and password like it does this your initial login for AccountRight Desktop if they are that worried about someone not authorised approving the super payment (although I do have to get a text before it is processed so this seems secure enough for me)
