How to change email address?

Tried to change email address, but not allowed. I did it before, but MYOB is getting more difficult to use.

Hi 665homes,

 

I see that you're getting the error message "Login name already exists" when trying to change your login email address. I've made some adjustments to your account on our end. Please try logging in again with the new email address. If you still can't log in, please send me a private message with your old and new email addresses along with your serial number.
