How to get assistance?

Please can someone advise me how to get some good support from MYOB. I have spent literally hours with the help line and they cannot assist me. My requests are simple but I really need to speak with someone from MYOB who knows what they are talking about. The problems relate to migration, billing and changing my contact email. Thanks for any advice.
