MYOB is down - do we have any indication on rectification time..

You can go to the staus page to check, unfortunately this says there are no outages/issues.

Just spent the past almost hour trying to repair my not broken network issues haha

Hi Guys,

All our MYOB on 3 computers in our office is not responding and when you close out will not let you back in. You just keep getting that thinking circle or "not responding"  

Is there an issue as we need this resolved ASAP so our company can function. This happened about 4.15pm today.

Hi,

I am trying to access Account Right live - When I get to the page where it says Open a Company File, I click on our company file that navigates me to the program.  Then I get a (Not Responding) message.  I am then unable to close the program unless I access the task manager to shut to process down.

I am able to access my online account via my web browser but not through the app on my desktop.  I was working on it just this morning and access was fine.

Attached are step by step what I see as I try to access with the last page being that my password is wrong - I just reset it and was able to access our company file online so I am confused.

Please help!

Does anyone know if account right live is down at the moment.  There is nothing wrong with my internet and trying to call someone about this is impossible
