Link a User ID to your MYOB account

I havent changed anything for my MYOB account but when I tried to log in, a message with "Link a User ID to your MYOB account" pops up. Can anyonw advise what to do please?   Thanks!

Hi! Asking for assistance.

 

I am unable to access my client's MYOB file and receiving below message. I was able to access it the other day but when I log in today and try to access the file, below message shows. I try to link my user ID but it doesnt work.
