If you are currently using AccountRight Premier, it's important to note that downgrading the subscription for an AccountRight Premier file isn't feasible. The file is tied to an AccountRight Premier subscription to access live services.
However, if you're referring to your monthly charge, you may want to consider speaking with our phone-based team. They can guide you through the process of starting an AccountRight Plus subscription while ending the AccountRight Premier subscription.
Additionally, if you're considering moving to MYOB Business Pro or MYOB Business Lite, it's important to note that these are web-based solutions and do not require any software installation. However, they may not support all the features available in AccountRight Premier. Also, if you have used inventory tracking, multi-location, and multi-currency in your current AccountRight Live Premier file, unfortunately, we cannot migrate the file to MYOB Business Pro or MYOB Business Lite.
