MYOB AccountRight Desktop freezing every hour

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing an issue with MYOB AccountRight Desktop (Plus AU 2025.11.1.6) where the application freezes approximately every hour on a workstation.

The freeze is not related to a specific transaction or function and occurs during general use.

Log entries at the time of the freeze consistently show:


- MYOB.Huxley.Utilities.ARLive.WebServices.WebServiceException: Not Found
- Followed by multiple System.Threading.ThreadAbortException originating from ProgressWindowHelper.Close()

 

Has anyone seen this behaviour recently, or found any workaround that can be applied from Desktop only?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have attached the logs for reference.

    Thanks for attaching the error log and laying out what’s happening with your AccountRight. You can test it on another computer or device to see if it freezes the same way. If it does, that points to something our team will need to dig into. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
