MYOB Accountright login crashes

Is anyone else experiencing issues with MYOB AccountRight after the recent upgrade) 

 

It won’t load after we enter oiur password; it just hangs. Additionally, I think our company name has changed. It used to be one word in lowercase, but now it appears as two words in uppercase. This only happens when logging in via the company server, not on home internet.

 

Any insights will be appreciated. We need to pay 500 people today

    Hi DL111 , if you are using the file entry on the welcome screen, right-click and choose Remove from List, then try going via Open File, then Online, logging in if necessary, then select the company via its entry on the right. (This will refresh the Welcome screen entry).

      Thanks, we tried but unfortunately it did not solve the problem

        To avoid software discrepancies in AccountRight, I recommend clearing your cache. If the issue persists, it may require further assistance on the backend.
