Myob AccountRight Not Working on Intel Evo Laptop

I've been using Myob AccountRight software on my Intel Evo Laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/faqs/intel-evo/] for a while now, but I'm having some issues with it. Specifically, the software is not working properly and keeps freezing. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and knows how to fix it.
I've tried reinstalling Myob AccountRight and checking for updates, but nothing seems to be working. I've also tried disabling all add-ons and using a clean install of the software, but the problem persists. I'm starting to wonder if the issue could be related to the Intel Evo platform.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Myob AccountRight software on an Intel Evo Laptop? If so, have you found any solutions? I'd really appreciate any help or advice.
