If you want to downgrade, the only things that might cause issues are multicurrency and multiple stock locations. If you're ready to proceed, you can contact support through the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.

What about my second question , As we do Job Costing, and attach some big files to the jobs, my question is how do MYOB charge for data use.

Job Costing's already included in your subscription, so there's no extra charge for data use—it's all part of it.

I am talking about storing big project files , drawing files attached to a projects like 5 gigs or so to each project. How do i handle this.
