MYOB desktop login page not loading
Hi MYOB Team,
We are experiencing an issue with MYOB Desktop where the login page is not opening or loading properly. When we click on the company file name, it takes multiple attempts before the login screen appears.
Previously, we received a security alert stating:
“Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?”
This issue has now been resolved; however, the login page is still not loading properly.
We have already installed the security certificate as per the instructions provided by the MYOB support team. Our internet connection has also been checked and confirmed to be stable.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
