MYOB internal wondow movement not functioning

I have had significant issues with MYOB after upgrading monitors at work.

I run a laptop with and internal FHD monitor (1080p), 2 external monitors at QHD (1440p). 

MYOB accountright has an issue with allowing the movement of windows inside the application if the resolution of the main display is lower than the display in which the application is on. Iie. if my laptop has a 1080p screen and is my main display, I cannot move windows internally in the MYOB app if it is on either one of the external monitors. i have to move the app to my main display to move the internal windows and then move back to the external monitor.

If i change the main display to the external monitor, the funstion works fine on all monitors.

    Hi Reltub,

     

    AccountRight basically follows whatever your main Windows display is using for resolution and scaling, so when your laptop (1080p) is set as primary and you run AccountRight on a higher‑res QHD screen, the grab area for dragging windows doesn’t line up properly. That’s why you can still resize those internal windows but can’t drag them around on the external monitors. The easiest workaround is to make one of your QHD monitors the main display in Windows. Another option is to have all screens running the same setup (for example, 1920×1080 at 100% scaling). Using the QHD as your main screen or matching resolutions is the most reliable way to avoid the issue.
