I have to ask, why should we learn of a planned outage after its occurred and we go searching for more details. I also couldn't log into the Community forum, receiving the outage pop up and thus couldn't ask or seek advice...
My bank sends out notices prior to scheduled maintenance.
I start every day on MYOB at 5:30am, today I got no where by 7:15am so it was more than just frustration. I don't think your software engineers understand how some real world users actually operate.
As a "Plan B" backup I quickly created a MS Word doc for manual entries of invoices that were needed to go out with today's deliveries...and then found MYOB was back online when I got to my work place at 7:30am...2 hours lost isn't frustrating.....it's $210/month of subscription anger.
