MYOB Refund ordeal

I cancelled my AccountRight but MYOB continued deduct the money. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get the money refunded. It has been accepted but to date (10 months) they havent managed to do so.  I have sent all required/requested information but they continue to ask for it again and again. I wonder - is the customer/accounts department using AI or is there and actual human?  It's not possible to talk to anyone everything is email. 

Are there any suggestions what can be done?? This is ridiculous and I'm exhausted with the ordeal.

    That sounds like such a frustrating experience, and I’m really sorry you've had to go through all that hassle for so long! Honestly, nobody should have to deal with something like this, and it's completely understandable that you're feeling exhausted with the back-and-forth.

    thankfully the saga has been resolved but actually only through my persistence and not through any of the customer service personal who took the calls etc.
