Good Morning MYOB,
I am currently having this same issue with one of my MYOB files. Can someone please reset ASAP? I have posted 2 support requests, one yesterday & one this morning, both have not been answered! This is very urgent as I haven't been able to access the file at all this week.

Not having access to your account all week isn’t what we want for you at all. I’ve looked into your case and checked in with Donna, who’s handling it, she’ll be resetting your file for you soon.
