MYOB system hacked

Hello

Could I please request an urgent call back regarding a major fraud from my clients MYOB file being hacked.  I have left 3 messages for a Manager to call me and still havent received a call.

This is a serious matter and payroll cant be processed until I receive the requested necessary reports.  This issue was raised on Friday.

Does anyone know where to find the change of ownership form as well?

    In regard to security concern ,I am more than happy to assist you and could I ask for the  following details so that we can look into it .

     

    Last 4 digits of client Serial number

    Case number/Ticket number

      The serial number is #2530

      Case number is either 01338435 or 01341342
