URGENT !!! MYOB system error cannot reconcile, out of balance +/- $0.01

When we do the reconciliation, this is the first reconciliation after the file transisition from another account, there is an out of balance $0.01 that we could not reconcile. 

 

We cross checked all the previous reconciliation report and found this error was shown on the bank reconciliation of 31/10/2015. We need your assistance to repair the file.

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    To further investigate the issue, kindly confirm the following information:

     

    • What version of the program are you currently running? - Help > About AccountRight
    • When going to Reconcile Accounts, you selected the account and entered the Closing Statement Balance, which matches the Calculated Statement Balance. Still, you are showing a $0.01 out of balance?

    If you are in an older version of AccountRight, and encountering that situation, are there any payroll transactions included in that reconciliation? If so, we do recommend deleting those transaction(s), before recreating them - you need to click into each value and overtype the amounts. Once those transactions have been re-recorded with the values overtyped then attempt to reconcile those transactions.
