MYOB V19.11.1

Need to confirm company file of an old desktop version 19.11.1 (old green icon).  Phone number in pop up no longer connected as so old.  Has been working fine up until today.

Don't use payroll and close to retirement.  No need for any online functionality.  

I have tried the "Activating and confirming older MYOB products" and this states:

  • Error reason: CompanyDataFile Exception.
  • Company file is cancelled

Never had any dramas over the years.  Why all of a sudden would it be cancelled after all these years?

    Hi there Marlyse,

     

    You'll need to reach out to our support directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, to find out why the errors "CompanyDataFile Exception" and "Company file is cancelled" are appearing when confirming your company file. They'll be able to give you more detailed assistance.
