Good question. I can understand why you’d want to keep a copy of your company file, especially after lodging your BAS or wrapping up EOFY. AccountRight online subscriptions include an option to create an extra online backup whenever needed. You can find more information here: Backing up and restoring company files
However, as you’re now using MYOB Business Lite, the same full company-file backup option isn’t available. As an alternative, you can download the reports you need for a specific date range and save them securely on your computer or another location you control. This will help you keep a record of your financial information at those important points in time.
