Profile Security and Account

Have had some helpful advice from this team regarding the MYOB 2FA issues.  Turned out 2FA taking more than 20mins to get to my email so went to my Telstra webmail website and it only took 5mins to receive Thus I was able to get access.

However within my Profile under Security and Access this area is blank.  What information is meant to be in here and if I had to resort to changing to a mobile instead of email for 2FA how do I do this?

I couldn't see where to make the change.

    Hi robs1,

     

     If the Account security section is blank, it could be due to a display issue. I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser to access your profile.

     

    You can now set up multiple two-factor authentication (2FA) methods. This means you can register both your email and mobile as options for receiving 2FA codes. Once set up, you'll no longer need to switch between methods manually. You can use whichever option is most convenient at the time.       Problem fixed now with MYOB issue resolved  Thanks for prompt advice, and I've cleaned out the browsers caches etc.  But just checked the area under Security and Account which is blank so assume that's meant to be like that (?), as my MYOB is back to working as normal.
