Purchase Register & Find Transaction not listing transaction details

Hi there MYOB Team

Last week I had issues loading the Purchase Register and Find Transaction and having processed transactions previously entered to load.

I have also received a phone call this morning from a client with the same issues.

What is the issue here MYOB ??

    Thanks for raising this! There is no reported system outage or bug specifically affecting the loading of the Purchase Register and Find Transaction features in MYOB within the past week, you can also check our status hub page here
