I am the administrator of our MYOB account. I am away atm, however, I have no problem logging into MYOB remotely. However, the other users cannot login to MYOB, they until yesterday, logged in via a code being sent to their email address, when they attempt to login today, the code is not going to their email address. Please help - as I have numerous employees who cannot complete any work.
Could someone please help here please.
I am the administrator and have no problem logging in, however, all the other users cannot login - as they are not receiving the authentication code to their email. There is no other way for them to login in. This has been happening since Friday, hence no work.

Hi cramptons,
Sorry to hear your team’s having trouble getting into your file.
It’s likely linked to the recent changes we’ve made to 2FA. The best thing now is to get in touch with our support team so they can see exactly what’s going on and get everyone back up and running.
If it turns out to be a 2FA issue, the owner of the email address can contact us directly. You don’t need to be the admin for that. We only need a subscription contact involved if it’s something to do with the file or the account itself.
You can reach us through MOCA (our virtual assistant) from the My Account window, and from there jump into live chat or log a support ticket.
