I am using a MAC and trying to log into the business file through the web browser. I have tried chrome and firefox. After one initial successful login, it then bumped me to an error screen

If the issue persists, contact Myob Support.
Select a business and try again.
Now I am unable to log in at all through any browser.
Can anyone help?

Additionally, if possible, could you provide a screenshot of the error screen you're encountering as well as the last four digits of your serial number?
