This error is caused by a conflict in the AccountRight library services. To resolve the issue, you will need to perform a clean installation from the downloads page and install AccountRight on the server.
To resolve this, please:
Go to the MYOB downloads page.
Download the latest AccountRight 2025.11 Server Edition installer.
Run the installer on the server and complete the installation.
Once done, restart AccountRight and try opening your file again.
