I am unable to login to YourPay

I have a Yourpay account and I am unable to logon after an error logging out.

Uh-oh! The numbers don't add up.

What can I do?

    It turns out that my employer is not using YourPay so I missed the message and have now started using Teams.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue accessing your YourPay. Generally, this error message appears if your file got upgraded from Essentials to Business. As YourPay can only connect with an Essentials file. If you are indeed upgraded to the new MYOB Business, I recommend checking the similar application MYOB Team

     

    If you are not on MYOB Business and still can't access your YourPay account, feel free to let us know.
