You can set up individualized two-factor authentication (2FA) for each accountant. Each accountant should log into their MYOB account at https://myaccount.myob.com/, click on their user name in the top-right corner, and choose "Account security." Then, click the "Add (>)" button for the 2FA method they wish to set up (such as the authenticator app). Once set up, they will have a choice of 2FA methods for verifying their account when signing into MYOB. They can select "Try another method" during login to choose their preferred 2FA method.

Hello, I have a similar issue - additional user who does not have 2FA set up. However, they cannot access their account as per the instructions above to be able to set up 2FA, as to log in they need a 2FA code. We have tried using mine (administrator) but it doesn't work. We have spent hours on this and looked at all of the info online I could find. Please help!

Hi Jozi,
When you sign in to your account for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up 2FA. For more details, check out this link. We also have our self-service offering to reset 2FA by going to https://myaccount.myob.com/.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to directly reach out to our support team by connecting to our live chat agents through our virtual assistant MOCA.
