This company file is not registered to the AccountRight Live account that you are currently logged in to

Hi there!

 

Now, all the 3 entities have the same issues. I already made a request on 08 June 2026 for the 2 entities and haven't heard from any one. I'm waiting for my call to be transferred to the support, already waiting for 37 minutes and also waiting for a live chat waiting for more than 20 minutes already. I have restarted the computer and re-logging in for multiple times.

    Thanks for sharing what’s been happening, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble opening your file and the wait for support.

     

    A couple of quick things to try:

    • sign out of AccountRight, then sign back in with the email that should have access
    • if another admin can still get into the file, ask them to resend the invite to the right email

    If it’s still not working after that, the best next step is to wait for a response on the support ticket you’ve already raised. Response times are generally around 3 to 5 days, and if it goes past 5 days, we can follow up on it for you.
