Thanks for sharing what’s been happening, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble opening your file and the wait for support.
A couple of quick things to try:
- sign out of AccountRight, then sign back in with the email that should have access
- if another admin can still get into the file, ask them to resend the invite to the right email
If it’s still not working after that, the best next step is to wait for a response on the support ticket you’ve already raised. Response times are generally around 3 to 5 days, and if it goes past 5 days, we can follow up on it for you.
