Trouble signing in

Hi

Can open my AccountRight app but when it asks me to sign into MYOB is coming up with an advertising page in large print which says there is a script error on this page do you want to continue YES or NO, whichever way you chose the page does not go away and so cannot get into my AccountRight.

    Hi DianeJ,

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! My apologies for the late response.  Typically, this error occurs due to data cached in temporary files. To troubleshoot, could you please attempt the following:

    1. Please go to the control panel and select Internet options 

    2. Under browsing history please select delete

    3. Then please select the options displayed below and click delete 

     

    Can you login to your file now ?
